Before admission your cat(s) has to be inoculated against Feline Enteritis and Cat Flu. Cats will not be accepted without an up to date certificate for these inoculations.
Unneutered Toms over 6mths will not be accepted. Your cat(s) must be up to date with regular flea and worming treatments. We reserve the right to call, or take your cat(s) to your vet should we consider it necessary, however in an emergency we would use the nearest vet to the cattery. The cost of any treatment is to be paid by you.
All dates booked will be charged. We charge a daily rate, not a nightly rate, so the day your cat arrives and the day your cat leaves will be charged. We do not have a minimum stay period and we do not have high season rates, but over the Christmas and New Year period we do levy a £10.00 surcharge per cat per booking.
For your convenience we run a collection and delivery service the price of which depends on distance. This service needs to be booked in advance. We reserve the right to dispose of cats not collected within 15 days of the stated departure date, if no communication from the owner is received and if reasonable efforts to contact the owner or their representatives fail.
We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee if you do not give us at least one week's notice of a cancellation. If you would like to find out more then please contact us today. Our friendly team are always on hand and ready to help you in any way that they can.
